Saturday Morning Walk & Breakfast

Start your Saturday with fresh air, great conversation, and a little exercise!

Our walking group meets every Saturday at 8:00 a.m. at Lake Murray Park. We gather at the gate at the bottom of the hill from the upper parking lot.

Directions:

• Take Lake Murray Boulevard off Interstate 8 to Kiowa Drive.
• Turn left onto Kiowa and follow it to the upper parking lot.
• From the parking lot, turn right toward the beginning of the trail.
• You'll find the group waiting at the gate—just look for the lively people wearing their WOW T-shirts!

After the walk, those who wish continue to Gus's Restaurant to enjoy a delicious Saturday breakfast together. We'd love to have you join us!

Not interested in walking-no problem!  Join us for breakfast at 8:30 at Gus's Restaurant 5620 Baltimore Avenue, LaMesa.  Non-walkers are usually at Gus' at 8:00 for coffee and conversation.  The walkers arrive around 8:30 when breakfast is ordered by everyone.
